Skin tags are harmless growths, and as many as half of all adults may be affected. The tags cause no medical complications, but they may be bothersome.

Hyperplasia is the enlargement of an organ or tissue caused by an increase in the reproduction rate of its cells and gives an uneven appearance to the skin.

Xanthelasma is a harmless growth tissue caused by tiny deposits of fat in the skin and is often associated with abnormal blood fat levels ( hyperlipidemia ) on the skin surface of the upper or lower eyelids.

Cherry angioma is a mole-like skin growth made up of small blood vessels, or capillaries. These benign tumors are related to aging and tend to increase in number as a person becomes older.

Milia are small, non-inflamed cysts that develop on the skin. These tiny bumps have very obvious white heads, and develop when keratin gets trapped just below the skin's surface. Milia can develop at

any age and are commonly mistaken for whiteheads.

Treatment

Most often, Skin tags, Hyperplasia, Xanthelasma, Cherry angioma and Milia can be effectively treated

and since they pose no serious threat the treatment is consider strictly cosmetic.

Cauterization and Cryotherapy have proven to effective and safely eliminate these skin’s conditions.

The treatments are little to no discomfort and leave no scars.

 Cauterization: this involves burning off the skin legions which most will drop during or after treatment.

 Cryotherapy: the legions are freeze with liquid nitrogen. Usually, one or two treatments will be sufficient.
